Situation Assessment Method with Distribution Uncertainty

In battlefield situation assessment,it always needs to judge the time sequence of events,however the measurement of time that an event happens contains uncertainty usually.The distribution uncertainty is considered,and the bootstrap method is used to simulate the distribution characteristics of time measurement error.The judging methods of time sequence of two events are discussed under bootstrap simulating empirical distribution.The probability calculating formulas of corresponding time sequence relationship are given.
