During organizing and holding period of the 2nd Youth Olympic Games, organizers need a lot of water information for decision support in order to ensure the smooth progress of events. The system provides the appropriate water and regime information services and related early warning function support, and combines early warning information with food control plan. It sends the food control work instructions to the related responsible sides timely by SMS. The related s can carry out timely and effective flood prevention work accordingly. The overall system is divided into data layer, platform layer, service layer and presentation layer. Data exchange program automaticly scans remote data in the database to keep the local data synchronous. Meanwhile, it uses technology like Struts, Hibernate,WEBGIS, FusionCharts to complete function and presentation of the system. The user experience well.
