SAML-based Single Sign-on Model for Web Services

SAML describes security information for authentication and authorization. Its Interoperability provides a sharing mechanism for different systems. This article intr oduces SAML assertion, protocol and binding, presents a SAML- based single sign-on model for Web Services, and introduces WS-Security specification to protect SAML itself at last.
