Fixed Pattern Noise and Its Suppression in CTIA ROIC

The noises and suppression technology in IRFPA read-out integrated circuit are ana-lyzed. An IRFPA read-out integrated circuit(ROIC)with capacitive transimpedance amplifier(CTIA) and noise suppression the simulated results are given.
