Taking program of to Face on CCTV,this paper discusses characteristics of structure change of television public sphere under internet space-time: from traditional forms of presence of dialogue to fragment link of the presence of dialogue and the absence of dialogue;in addition to authority of interlocutor on behalf of monologue,an increase in casual returned public;dialogue mechanism changes from interest groups' easy creation of false consensus to control and anti-control in public with representatives of interest groups and public.
