Bandgap Voltage Reference for 14 bit Pipeline ADC

A bandgap voltage reference which is compatible with standard CMOS process is proposed.The circuit has a high temperature stability which adopts high order curvature compensation.Based on 0.35 μm BSIM 3v3 CMOS technology,Cadence Spectre simulation shows that the output voltage is 1.174 V,temperature coefficient of the bandgap voltage reference is only 2 ppm/℃ over the temperature range is-40～+100 ℃ and the total static power consumption is no more than 110 μW.This proposed bandgap voltage reference which can operate at a minimum supply voltage of 1.6 V,it also can be applied in a 14 bit pipeline ADC.
