New View on Information Law System Structure Construction

This paper firstly summarizes and analyzes the various kinds of views of information law,then based on it comprehensively considers guiding ideology of our country's information legislation and dividing principles of law's system,and uses the methods of system theory,and draws lessons from rights-based information law framework,finally unites concrete problems that faced by information law,ultimately constructs information law system structure that suits our country's basic national conditions.
