Study on the Evaluation Model of the Mobile Ground-to-air Missile Viability

Based on the analysis of the mobile ground-to-air missile viability,its integrated evaluation index system.And it is put forward its integrated multi hierarchy evaluation model,adopting index weight coefficient by combining AHP and Delphi.It is effective that this model can evaluate the mobile ground-to-air missile viability by the example,and the result has considerable creditability.
