Design and implementation of personal income system in colleges and universities

Many universities began to raise funds through the various approaches.A mode of income distribution named non-wage income was proposed.The requirements are exigent,which are real-name payment,taxpayers merger and the full declaration of individual income tax for various types of staff.A software system was designed and developed named personal income system.A few issues were discussed including business model,system model,design ideas and modular structure.The application and effect of the system are also summarized.
