Based on the all kinds of agricultural water resources information collected in the specified area,the water source should be distributed according to local crops demand for effectively protecting the agricultural production.Based on the WebGIS,through the comprehensive utilization of agricultural water model,a reasonable distribution of water resources will be realized,as well as the warning of the flood and the drought.
