Study on Finite Element Method Applied in Winding Deformation Monitoring for Calculating the Leakage Inductance of Power Transformer

In this paper,depending on the relation between winding deformation and changing of the leak inductance,the simulation model of iron and windings are described and the algorithm of leakage inductance of transformer windings are presented by software ANSYS.And the simulation models of different deformation are described by changing winding physical dimension,the method can be effectively used to the detection of winding deformation.
