Errors compensation of inductance gagging heads in experimental apparatus of thermal deformation

To guarantee measuring precision of experimental apparatus of thermal deformation,errors in apparatus must be analyzed and compensated.The paper attempts to analyze errors of two inductance gagging heads and measuring bar,to calibrate inductance gagging heads with quartz rods and compensate errors through establishing mathematical models.
