Application of self-Made Reagent MEK-8222K Automatic Hemocyte Analyzer

Objective To investigate if self-made reagent of heaocyte analyzer can be used for imported hemocyte analyzer. Methods The components and the physical and chemical parameters of original for hemocyte analyzed,and the components and physical and themical properties were then imitated,as well as a series of comparisons were observed. Resules Various variables such as HGB curve,WBC,RBC,PLT and MCV analyzed with self-made reagents were similar to those with imported reagents.Conclusion Results have been achieved near two-year clinical trial with the self-made reagents. Self-made reagents of hemocyte analyzer can be used replace.
