Design and implementation of paper quality assessment system based on CTT and IRT

Considering the characteristics that inadequate theoretical basis for quality evaluation of the existing papers,the analysis of indicators of different standards,poor science features,combining with the CTT(classical test theory) parameter invariance proper fraction invariance,and error safety and IRT(item response theory) parameter invariance,Linear equivalent advantages,a constructive thought for paper quality evaluation system based on CTT and IRT is put forward and realized.Based on the five course papers and candidates' results of a certain university,paper analysis and item analysis are carried out.The analysis results show that the students' ability get closer to the actual situation analyzed by IRT,and gives suggestions for improvement of the examination papers.
