The network crime is a kind of new appearance of crime. It has to implement in a particular space. Compared with the traditional crime, it will not leave physically trace, and have the special crime purpose and the instant. Its crime proof has the character of motive and unsubstance, and its crime have a very high concealment. These make the criminal network can not easily detect, identify and investigate. This text combines the technique of the network and the investigate of crime case, to carry on an elaboration in detail of investigating technique and investigating strategy for the network crime.
