The spatial database system of Songhuariver basin water quality management is a temporal spatial database management information system,integrates the Songhuajiang river basin water quality management information and knowledge mining,it provides systematic information service for the information of the Songhuajiang river basin.This paper describes mainly from the design idea of establishing this database information system,system composition and function modules.
