Framework and information model for integrated network management

By analyzing necessity and current problem of integrated network management, a new integrated management framework has been brought forward in this paper. We adopt a kind of top-to-down method rather than traditional TMN strategy to implement the cooperation between service management layer and network management layer. Management information model is described by UML.
