Image Mosaic Method Based on Gray Scale Feature Points

An image mosaic method based on feature points matching was presented.The feature points from two images were extracted by Harris corner detector,then the corresponding feature point pairs were got by the cross-correlation of the gray scale around the feature points,and the mismatched pairs were eliminated based on the Eulerian distance of the transformation parameter vector.At last the images could be stitched by the corresponding pairs of features.The experiments showed that this algorithm can avoid the interference of the mismatching effectively,reduce the mismatching rate,and has good mosaic effect.
