Novel Low-Voltage CMOS Bandgap Reference

A new low-voltage bandgap voltage reference was presented. The circuit, which is designed with smic 0.18 rfms CMOS process, exhibits a reference voltage of 616 mV with error limited in 2.2 mV as long as the voltage-supply in the range of 1.1～2.5V.
