Tool and Method of Task-Oriented Operational Data Guarantee Capability Evaluation

Operational data guarantee provides data service for decision and action of army,it is an important measure for precision command and precision attack.In this paper an evaluation process of task-oriented operational data guarantee capability was put forward,its evaluation index system was established,its index quantitative method was introduced,and corresponding evaluation tool was developed.This tool has function of index system editing,index quantization,and data collecting,and it provids effective support for operational data guarantee capability evaluation.
