In order to solve the problems of GDX6Ssoft packer inner lining paper embossing device to replace the seal must remove seal installation seat,replace long adjustment time,seal character misuse and imprint code skew and clarity,which is not easy to adjust, pressed out the code did not meet the technical specifications.On the impression roller redesign,steel wheel to replace the original single seal character which can be recycled to a one-way rotating group,and optimized design of steel wheel,stamp design combined roller body positioning leaf spring sheet and an eccentric pin.Steel composite roller design after the transformation,replacing seal only need to turn the corresponding seal character wheel,reducing replacement seal imprint time,ensured the code clear,stable position.
