Research on the Threat Level Evaluation of Emitter

In this paper,the factors which impact the threat level of emitter is introduced,for the fuzziness of judging the threat level of emitter,the A.J.Kee is used to compute the weight of menace factor is presented and membership function of threatening factor for the emitter are created.Based on them,a model of judging the threat level of emitter is constructed.Finally,the model is shown to be feasible and effective with verifying a concrete example.
