Practice and Prospect of Promotion of the Information Explosion Process in Water Resources Industry by Songliao Water Conservancy Commission

Songliao water resources commission,MWR has gained great achievements in processing information explosion process in water resources industry in the eleventh five-year plan period.Especially along with accomplishment of first-stage construction of state flood control and drought relief command system for Commission,the first-stage project of E-government affairs,automatic acquisition and transmission system for water regime data of right bank of Nenjiang river as well as Songhua river flood information management system of Asia Development Bank loan project,Information resources administration automation and sharing have been realized in aspects of water resources information acquisition,transmission,storage,and decision-making etc.All of these have improved working quality and efficiency,provided decision-making support for leaders at all levels and modernized technical support for exercising function of water resources centralized management for river basin,and promoted modernization of river basin management,making a qualitative leap in water administration level for river basin.The paper elaborates promotion of sweeping information explosion and accomplished information resources integration by commission,and discusses its next step in future.
