Reliability evaluation of environmental monitoring tasks is a quality management mode by tracking on the whole process of monitoring tasks and then giving the evaluation results,which could provide a quantitative basis for the third-party testing institutions on the quality management,task bidding,price scoring,contract payment etc. Using the reliability evaluation could strengthen the industry supervision and standardize the industry competition at the same time.
