The spatio-temporal data model is studied,and the spatio-temporal data of road equipment is analyzed by the way of object-oriented.A proper spatio-temporal data model is built for road equipment by studying the basic attribute and behavior of spatio-temporal objects.The spatial,thematic,and temporal attribute of objects is commendably encapsulated.The semantic element and suffices for the query are expressed.At the same time,the idiographic structure and storage method is designed.It views time as unique one-dimension and adds it to the object attribute,so it makes the less data redundancy.This can offer an efficient approach for solving historical query in the later work.
