EQUIVALENCE TEST OF QUANTITATIVE DATA BY SAS SOFTWARE

[Objective]To present a statistics software support to tackle with the problems in the use of equivalence test of quantitative data in medical researches.[Methods]According to the theory of two one-sided test,wrote the program in SAS software package and calculated the relative statistics.[Results]Carried on equivalence test of quantitative data from parallel design and cross-over design respectively,and the results showed that Irbesartan and Losartan had the same effect.[Conclusion]Explore a right way to put forward equivalence test by using SAS software package,and provide a reference for similar problems.
