In the long-term process of operation,the Zaolinzhuang hydro-junction’ headstock gear bridge produced some injuries,cracks are one of the most common injuries.The cause and repair measure of headstock gear bridge crack are analyzed,and then,the process of crack welding and evaluating method are detailed introduced in this article.
