The paper analyzes the existent video-transm ission and multiplex-arithmetic ofMPEG-2 in brief and brings forward aMp4 multiplex arithmetic based on MPEG-2 multiplex arithmetic.Firstly,we pick-up the video-frame and make a single-video-multiplex and single-aud io-multiplex by analyzing the Mp4 video stream,and then based on which we keep on making a multi-video-multiplex.
