Layers of Universal Grammar

The attitude towards UG(Universal Grammar)is a key matter for establishing a grammar theory.Under the frame of Three-Layer Grammar,UG is an object with three different layers.At the layer of pragmatics,the differences between languages are the biggest.At the layers of syntax and discourse,there are common structures which get closer and closer.The research of grammar can get some benefits from this point of view.
