The transference of ISIS BASE to relational database

ISIS Base is a flexible desktop database management system developed by MDL,it can store,search,retrieve chemical structures and associated scientific data.Its form-based searching provides customization and ease of use,plus it enables you to combine chemical structure searches with text and numeric queries.MDL ISIS/Base creates customized forms that combine chemical structure searches with text and numeric queries.But it needs third software to accomplish LAN and Internet application.In order to accomplish data of ISIS Base using on Web,the paper introduced a method of ISIS Base data transferring to relational database.
