Study and implementation of data transfer in management information system upgrade

Data transfer is common in the development of management information system and database system. The conception of data transfer is introduced, and several implementing methods are depicted and compared,which are data pipe,data windows,dynamic SQL statement,BDE(Borland Database Engine) of Delphi and DCT(Data Conversion Tool) of Oracle. Taking the management information system upgrade of Nantong Huaneng Electric Plant as an example, its implementation with BDE is illuminated, and the implementing process and coding of data transfer for technical file module are offered.
