A Vector-Space Model-based Mail Filtering Mechanism

With the development of Internet, e-mail has become an important application. However, the generation of spam has greatly constrained the application of e-mail. In this paper, a vector-space model-based mail filtering mechanism (VMF) is proposed, which is a method for filtering the spam and canceding the repeated e-mails. As compared with the existing mechanism, VMF has be obviously improved in recall rate and adaptability.
