An approach of SAR Internal Wave Detection based on SWT

The sharp increase of SAR data challenged the traditional interpretation.An auto-detection method is to be eagerly introduced.This paper proposes SAR internal wave detection method based on SWT,analyzes the internal wave image,calculates the grads of the SWT factors,and then retrieves the edge attributes through the modular maximum method.In the end,using the SAR images of Dongsha Islands of the South China Sea,the experiments and analysis is implemented.The results show that SWT is effective for the SAR internal wave detection.
