Sale rate is one of the most concerned problems of real .estate developers.However,it is hard to make an exact forcast because sale rate is determined by various factors.Ar -tificial neural networks can find a non-linear model by imitating hu man's thinking.So it can be used to for cast exactly the sale rate of dwelling.
