The Reconsidering and Countermeasure of Net Morals Question

It has had the unusual impact on the human society since the world computer network appeared.It not only bred the network society,but also multiplied some serious moral question.These questions are inseparable with the network′s characteristic,and affects the development of human society in the form of Dominance or recessive.So,this article proposed the principles which from idea and the practice,network,individual and society to solve the network moral problem.On the other hand,we should strengthen self-discipline and hetero-discipline measure and correspondingly formulate some Concrete Countermeasure.
