On the Argument for the Fault-Liability Imputation Principle of Reputation Infringements in News Coverage

This article points out that the reputation infringement in news reports has its idiosyncrasies and analyzes its differences with common infringements.The inconsistency of legal provisions and practice in China stems from the ignorance of this universal law.Therefore,it is high time that we recognized the legitimate status of presumed-fault liability principle and afforded fair relief to cases of reputation infringements in news coverage.
