Chromatograph technology is a very necessary tool in modem life science, material science and environment science, especially liquid chromatograph. However, our country has to import this machine. So researching liquid chromatograph can improve studying the knowledge of it. Liquid chromatograph has some features, such as cheap but good, visual effect and portable to teach.
