Research on control policy of data service based on PCC architecture

This paper analyzes the development of data service about telecom operators,both at home and aboard. Considering four kinds of applicationscene,a multidimensional control policy,base on business,accumulative network traffic,subscription inform ation,access location and time,is proposed. This policy is in the light of policy and charging control architecture. At last,this paper proposes how to deploy PCC on telecommunication network fromthe aspectsof application scene,network element and netting principle. According to theoretical analysis and data collection from the existing network,it is proved that the proposed control policy greatly improves the network efficiency and optimizes network resource.
