In this paper,the development of three structures of Real Estate Geographic Information Symtem Client+SDE+Oracle 9i in Daqing is presenrted.which meets the need of business management in property right marketing in Daqing Real Estate.This paper discussed the key techniques of Real Estate in system development:Combination of graphs with attribute data,Integration between workflow technique and GIS functions,structure of mixture and more layers of B/S and C/S based on Web,three-dimensional visualization of Real Estate graphs.With the aim of Daqing City's Real Estate Geographic Information Symtem,this paper put forward material solution and implemented seamless integration between graphs data and attribute data of the Real Estate.
