Hebei has a good tradition of non-material cultural heritage.The form of traditional culture represented by Changshan drums is rich in meaning and psychological role in treatment of mental health,in which the ideas of focusing on introspection,paying attention to interpersonal harmony,facing the setbacks with courage,being good at self-liberation and forging ahead actively have a positive meaning and enlightenment on the spiritual growth of contemporary college students.It also provides a new research perspective and work planning for university mental health workers.
