The TCP-friendly congestion control mechanism was analyzed.The network loading condition was to be predicted by analyzing the occurrence ratio of packet drop-out during real-time video-stream transmission and dynamically adjusting the size of receiving buffer according to network loading.A method for TCP-friendly congestion control was presented on the basis of RTCP feedback.This control mechanism was tested and analyzed by using NS-2,also.
