The problems of lexical-error annotations in the interlanguage corpus and some suggestions:A case study of the dynamic corpus of HSK compositions

This paper examines the lexical-error annotations of HSK compositions in the interlanguage corpus from the perspective of error identification and error correction.It concludes that there are three kinds of problems concerning error identification:missing annotations,redundant annotations and false annotations.Besides,there are four kinds of problems concerning error correction:incorrect corrections,the corrections differing from the author's original intention,redundant corrections and improper annotations at the level of the linguistic unit.The quantitative analysis reveals that the missing annotation is the most serious.It finally traces the causes of such lexical-error annotations and proposes some suggestions.
