Study on Defusing the Risk of Recruitment and Employment by Asymmetric Information Theory

Both recruiters and candidates suffered the risk in the process of hiring empioyees.In this paper,we used asymmetric information to analyze the adverse selection and the moral hazard in the course of recuitment and employment,and raised the corresponding risk management strategies.
