Analysis on Several Hospital Information System Development Cases

The paper introduces information system development status in several hospitals in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai,the notices and problems are summarized,including doing well in strategic planning,strengthening leadership and the level of information technology personnels,choosing a mature and well-known partner companies,etc.
