Approximate computation of Toeplitz systems of equations

In this paper we extend the Toeplitz matrices to ω circulant ones before introducing both the Fourier method and preconditioned conjugate gradient method for the solution of the Toeplitz systems of equations. Experiments have demonstrated that this method is better than the traditional one and much good results can be expected correspondingly.
