On Diversities of Social Conflicts and Its Solution in Terms of Constitutional Framework and Political Justice

By theorizing citizen ’s rights for united collective actions such as demonstration, rally, strike and Shangfang etc, this article aims to legalize and justify so-called Mass incidents in China at present, tries to approach a solution for them based on a kind of procedural way in terms of constitutional framework and political justice. It articulates the necessities of freedom of expression in facing increasing social conflicts and explores the possibilities of a legalized procedural arrangement for them.
