How to Improve the Proofreading Quality of the Academic Journals of Colleges and Universities

With the personnel limitation of the editorial department of the academic journal,editors in most higher learning institutions also do the proofreading work.In order to improve the quality of proofreading,editors must stengthen their consciousness and responsibility toward this work,they must work harder on proofreading theories and methods,develop better psychological quality and get a thorough training in basic skills of proofreading.
