The Analysis on the Power to Prove of Electronic Evidence

This paper shall, on the basis of evidence, analyze the two factors which influence power to prove the el ectronic evidence. At the same time, the author shall propose certain possibilit y of legislative suggestions on the principle of electronic evidence. On such a base, this paper shall conclude the principle standard of judgement on power to prove.
