An XML Based Business Negotiation Protocol

During business process, the negotiation between partners is a very important step. If people want to implement it in e-business, mustknow how to describe the needs of traders and how to resolve the conflicts between traders. This paper presents an XML based business negotiationprotocol and its framework to solve the problem. And it automates and standardizes the process of negotiation in e-business.
