The Research of Motion Estimation Technology in Video Compression
Kai Liu · Wireless Communication Technology · 2004
In this paper, motion estimation technology, as one of the significant issues to video compression encoding, is studied to increase coding speed. On the one hand, the motion estimation theories and all kinds of the search algorithm are expatiated in particular. And some optimization measures based on H.263 are also proposed .
